Mindful Healing is a Teen Therapy Program in Watertown, CT.  We offer individual and group therapy for teens to develop coping skills with a focus on DBT and trauma-informed practices.

Clinical Therapist Job Role:

  1. Provide therapeutic care to caseload of clients

  2. Maintain client records and billing

  3. Develop treatment plans for client care

  4. Treatment collaboration with team, supervisors, family, and individual providers

  5. Write monthly educational blogs or videos to support the larger community

Clinical Therapist Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Therapists at Mindful Healing are highly motivated to excel at the core functions of their role

  2. They are organized, take initiative, and have excellent problem-solving skills

  3. Therapist must have excellent assessment skills and critical thinking skills with the ability to meet and anticipate needs

  4. Must be willing to be part of a team that is dynamic and growing and have a desire to see Mindful Healing grow to best support our clients

  5. Excellent interpersonal and professional skills, verbal, written, and via telecommunication

  6. Must hold a mental health license or associate license in the state of CT

We are currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Therapists to join our team!

Both full-time and part-time therapists are W-2 employees and eligible for the following benefits:
