RATES & INSURANCE

Mindful Healing is an out-of-network insurance provider. We have partnered with Mentaya to help you submit superbills and navigate out-of-network claims.

What does “out-of-network” provider mean?

All our therapists are specialty providers and experts in their primary focus areas. Therefore, our policies and rates are not dictated by third-party companies, such as insurance. We do not accept payment directly from insurance at Mindful Healing. Out-of-Network benefits work similarly to rebates where you pay for the full price at the time of the service. Our system will email you a receipt for services (called a superbill), on the 1st of every month. You may submit this superbill to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Now offering to verify out-of-network benefits and submit claims on your behalf through Mentaya!

How do I know if I have Out-of-Network Benefits?

If you have a PPO or POS insurance plan you will likely be able to receive full or partial reimbursement for our services. Medicare and Medicaid do not have these benefits. Check your benefits and reimbursement rates online HERE.
