Mindful Healing uses a step-wise Parenting approach based on your unique teen and family situation. You can expect to

● Meet with our Parenting Therapist Expert to discuss your concerns, including:

○ Anything unique to your adolescent, such as with their health or development

○ How relationship challenges with your teen are affecting you and others

○ Review parenting guidance and/or approaches you’ve tried, along with what helped and what did not

● Gain insights about an adolescent’s developmental stages and the challenges these

present for teens and their parents

● Explore various parenting tools and methods to determine which are best for you and your teen

● Practice various relaxation skills and self-care methods to decrease stress

● Keep track of your progress, reviewing this info with your Parent Therapist, and periodically

celebrating yours and your teen’s progress.

● Gain a sense of personal confidence that has positive effects in other parts of your life.
