3 Questions to Ask at the End of the Year
This week we asked teens a few questions to recap and review the year. We also asked them to look forward to 2021 to gain insight into the direction we could help to guide them. We asked them...
What are some of your best experiences and accomplishments this year?
This year was hard for many of the teens and young adults we work with. Helping them to identify their strengths and positive experiences in the midst of their struggles builds long term happiness.
What can we support you with in 2021?
We didn’t call them goals or intentions because that felt too vague or generic.
Instead we asked, “What would you like the group or therapy to support you with in the next 6 months?”
The answers were beautiful and we are honored to hold a space to watch these wishes unfold in the second semester.
Our 3rd question...
What would you like to let go of?
Our clients drew their hands and wrote what they want to let go of in 2020 and what they want to bring into 2021. As you can imagine this was a big question this year. Teens have a lot they want to let go of and we are here to help them learn to leave the past in the past and start 2021 off with a BANG!
Now it's your turn? What can we support you with this year?
Reply to this email and let us know what you are interested in or need this coming year.
